The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of generative AI in enhancing educational convenience and satisfaction for both faculty and students at vocational education institutions, with a specific focus on a case study of P University. This research examines the implementation strategies of various generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, SUNO AI, Gamma, Napkin, LILYS, Perplexity, Goover, AI Vrew, and HeyGen, and analyzed the utilization method of customized AI chatbots using ChatGPT's GPTs. For faculty, the study analyzes the following applications: (1) Custom AI chatbot-assisted subject learning support, (2) emotional counseling provided by instructors, (3) preparation of instructional materials, and (4) personalized student management. For students, the study explores the use of generative AI in (1) providing emotional support through counseling chatbots, (2) integrating AI into classroom learning, and (3) facilitating career preparation and development. These findings highlight the potential of generative AI to improve educational outcomes in vocational training contexts. Based on the research results, suggestions for future follow-up research and practical recommendations were described.

이 연구의 목적은 직업교육기관 교원과 학생의 교육 편의성 향상을 통해 만족도를 높이고자 P대학의 사례를 중심으로 생성형 AI를 활용한 사례를 분석하는 데 있다. 이 연구에서 생성형 AI 중 ChatGPT, SUNO AI, Gamma, 냅킨, LILYS, Perplexity, Goover, AI Vrew, HeyGen 등을 고려하여 활용방안을 탐색하였고, ChatGPT의 GPTs를 활용한 맞춤형AI챗봇의 활용방법을 분석하였다. 직업교육기관 교원의 생성형 AI 활용 방안은 다음과 같다. 교원의 활용 측면에서 1) 맞춤형AI챗봇을 활용한 교과목 학습 지원, 2) 교원의 정서 적 상담, 3) 교원의 수업자료 준비, 4) 교원 맞춤형 학생관리의 사례를 분석하였다. 학생의 활용 측면에서 1) 학생용 상담 챗봇을 활용한 학생 정서적 지원, 2) 학생이 생성형 AI를 활용하는 수업, 3) 학생 취업 준 비 및 경력개발 활용 등을 중심으로 생성형 AI 활용방안을 탐색하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 향후 직업교 육기관의 맥락에서 생성형 AI를 활용하여 교원의 업무 감경과 교육만족도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 후속연구를 위한 제언 및 실천적 제언을 하였다.
