The poetry collections that make up Park Nam-soo’s mid-term poems include the third collection of “God’s Trash”(1964) and the fourth collection of poems “Funeral of Birds”(1970). The researcher judged that the third and fourth poetry collections play a pivotal role in the poet’s poetry world, and among them, he paid attention to the series of “Birds” and “Morning Images” that the poet would have produced with enthusiasm. As a result of analyzing a total of nine episodes, including four series of “Birds” and five series of “Morning Images,” significant commonalities and differences were found between the two series. The appearance of “Morning” and “Sun” can be cited as commonalities found between the “Birds” series and the “Morning Images” series. The presence or absence of “City” and “Civilization” can be cited as difference found between the “Birds” series and the “Morning Images” series.
