First, it is to improve the completeness of the project by establishing a business environment through communication and participation, and to change the business method to focus on basic life services such as housing, education, medical care, welfare, and infrastructure as the paradigm is changing from the center of the settled population to the center of the living population, and to secure the engine of the local economy by securing the self-reliance of the settlement space such as urban regeneration and environmental creation so that the existing basic living infrastructure of the city does not shrink by promoting projects such as housing, transportation, and medical care in a wide area between regions. Second, since changes in urban spatial structure affect the economic benefits of local public services due to the increase in social and economic exchanges between regions, it is necessary to support the revitalization of the local economy by securing demand for local public services through the broadening of public services and creating jobs through sustainable supply through the broadening of public services between local governments in order to maximize the responsiveness and economic feasibility of public services between regions and strengthen the competitiveness of cities.
