The purpose of this study is to derive factors related to the expertise of scuba diving instructors applying pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and identify the importance and priority among the derived factors. To this end, the sub-factors of each high-level factor were derived through two rounds of Delphi analysis targeting 15 related experts, and a group of 60 experts were selected to analyze the relative priorities between factors using the AHP technique. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, as a result of the literature analysis, four high-level factors were derived, and based on this, 3 to 6 lower-level factors for each high-level factor were derived through Delphi analysis. Second, as a result of the AHP analysis, the priorities of the top factors were in the following order: knowledge of the teaching method, knowledge of the teaching content, knowledge of the teaching environment, and knowledge of the participants.

이 연구의 목적은 교수내용지식(PCK)을 적용한 스쿠버다이빙 지도자의 전문성에 관한 요인을 도출하고, 요인들 간의 중요도와 우선순위를 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 관련 전문가 집단 15명을 대상으로 총 2 차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 각 상위요인별 하위요인을 도출하였으며, 총 60명의 전문가 집단을 대상으로 AHP기법을 통한 요인간의 상대적 우 선순위를 분석하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌분석 결과 4개의 상위요인이 도출되었으며, 이를 토대로 델파이 분석을 통해 각 상 위요인별 3~6개의 하위요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, 상대적 중요도 및 우선 순위를 알아보기 위한 AHP 분석 결과, 상위요인의 우선순위는 ‘지도방 법에 대한 지식’, ‘지도내용에 대한 지식’, ‘지도환경에 대한 지 식’, ‘참여자에 대한 지식’ 순으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 스쿠버 다이빙 지도자의 전문성 신장과 교육프로그램에 관한 기초자료를 제공 하는데 의의가 있다.
