This study aims to design and operate a course to improve the AI convergence education design capabilities of current teachers and analyze its educational effects. In order to foster the AI convergence education design capacity, the educational content was designed so that AI convergence education design can be experienced in a real context. The course was applied to 16 incumbent teachers who are students majoring in AI convergence at the Graduate School of Education, G University of Education, for 15 weeks. The change in capacity and satisfaction were confirmed through a paired sample t-test. The AI convergence education capacity and sub-factors of the teachers who participated in the class were statistically significantly improved, and the satisfaction level was also high. The educational effect of improving the AI convergence education capacity of teachers was confirmed through the course for enhancing the AI convergence education design capacity conducted in this study. Based on this, the direction of the education curriculum and education content for enhancing the AI convergence education design capacity of teachers was suggested.

본 연구는 현직 교원의 AI융합교육 설계 역량 향상을 위한 교과목을 설계·운영하고 교육적 효과를 분석하는 것 에 목적이 있다. AI융합교육 설계 역량 함양을 위해 AI 기본 개념과 원리 이해, AI교육 플랫폼 특성 분석 및 교육 적 활용 방안 탐구, AI융합교육 프로그램 연구 동향 분석, GATe 프레임워크 기반 AI융합교육 프로그램 구안 및 적용 등 실제적 맥락에서 AI융합교육 설계를 경험할 수 있도록 교육 내용을 구성하였다. 연구 방법으로는 G교육 대학교 교육대학원 AI융합교육 전공 재학생인 현직 교원 16명을 대상으로 15주 동안 적용하고, 대응 표본 t-test를 통해 AI융합교육 역량 변화와 만족도를 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 교과목에 참여한 교원들의 AI융합교육 역량 및 하 위 요인이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었고, 교과목 만족도도 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교원의 AI융 합교육 설계 역량을 강화하기 위한 교과목 운영 사례를 제시하였으며, 교과목의 교육적 효과를 확인하였다. 이를 기반으로 교원의 AI융합교육 설계 역량 강화를 위한 교육 커리큘럼, 교육 내용 등에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다.
