This study aims to examine the influence of marriage values, family values, and gender role values on marriage intention and childbirth intention. The subjects of the study were 900 male and female college students, and the mean and standard deviation, correlation, and regression analysis were used. The results are as follows. First, marriage intention was the highest at 4.26, and open marriage view was 3.85, showing a midpoint of 3 or more, but the remaining areas were below 3. Second, college students' marriage intention showed a significant negative correlation with open marriage view, and a relatively high significant positive correlation with family priority and patrilineal family. Childbirth intention showed a significant correlation with all remaining variables except open gender role value. Third, as a result of identifying the significant influences on college students' intention to marry, age, open marriage views, gender role values, and family priority showed significant results, with an explanatory power of 52%. In addition, as a result of identifying the significant influences on college students' intention to have children, gender, open marriage views, gender role values, and patrilineal family showed significant results, with an explanatory power of 78%. This study found that open marriage views, gender role values, and family priority influenced college students' intention to marry, and open marriage views and patrilineal family succession influenced their intention to have children, and thus provided basic data for various value intervention programs to improve their intention to marry and have children.

본 연구는 대학생의 결혼관, 성역할가치관, 가족주의 가치관이 결혼의도와 출산의도에 미치는 영향력을 파악하고자 한다. 연구대상은 900명의 남녀대학생으로 기본적 기술통계, 상관과 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼의도가 4.26으로 가장 높게 나타났으며 개방적 결혼관은 3.85로 중간점 3점 이상을 보 였으나 나머지 영역은 3점 이하로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 결혼의도는 개방적 결혼관과 유의한 부적 상관을 보 였으며, 가족우선성과 부계가문과는 비교적 높은 유의한 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 출산의도는 대부분 변인들과 모 두 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 대학생의 결혼의도에 미치는 유의한 영향을 파악한 결과 연령, 개방적 결혼 관, 성역할 가치관, 가족우선성 등이 유의한 결과를 보였으며 52%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 또한 대학생의 출산의 도에 미치는 유의한 영향을 파악한 결과 성별, 개방적 결혼관, 성역할 가치관, 부계가문 등이 유의한 결과를 보였 으며 78%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 본 연구는 대학생의 결혼의도에 개방적 결혼관, 성역할가치관과 가족우선성이, 출산의도에는 개방적 결혼관과 부계가문 계승이 영향력을 주고 있어 이들의 결혼의도와 출산의도를 향상시키기 위한 다양한 가치관 개입프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하였다.
