This study empirically verifies the impact of tourism constraints and tourism efforts of the vulnerable groups on the tourism experience and seeks ways to expand the tourism experience. In order to achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted for about 2 months from June 16, 2023, in cooperation with organizations such as general social welfare centers and administrative welfare centers located in Cheonan-si and Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and a total of 481 responses to the vulnerable groups were collected. Frequency and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and binary logistic regression analysis were performed for the analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that tourism constraints of the vulnerable groups had a negative effect on the tourism experience. Second, it was found that the tourism efforts of the vulnerable groups had a positive effect on the tourism experience. Based on these results, suggestions for expanding the tourism experience of the vulnerable groups in Chungcheongnam-do were discussed.

본 연구는 관광취약계층의 관광제약 및 관광노력이 관광경험 여부에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 검증 하여 관광취약계층의 관광경험 확대를 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 해당 목적을 달성하기 위해 충청 남도 천안시 및 아산시에 위치한 종합사회복지관, 행정복지센터 등의 기관에 협조를 받아 2023년 6월 16일부터 약 2개월 간 조사가 진행되었고 관광취약계층 500명의 데이터가 수집되어 결측치를 제외하고 총 481명을 최종 분 석하였다. 분석을 위해 빈도 및 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 관광취약계층의 관광제약은 관광경험 여부에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관광취약계층의 관광노 력은 관광경험 여부에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 충청남도 관광취약계층의 관 광경험 확대를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
