This study aims to suggest future directions for improving the digital capabilities of women with disabilities based on the current status of digital informatization of women with disabilities. For this purpose, literature analysis based on academic articles and academic books, analysis of related systems and legislation, and current status analysis using statistical data were used to analyze the current status of digital informatization of people with disabilities, laws and systems for digital informatization, digital informatization education, and the level of digital informatization of women with disabilities from the access and utilization levels. Not only is it difficult to determine the digital information status of disabled women, but the digital information gap is still not narrowing due to differences in socioeconomic characteristics, types of disabilities, and degrees of disability among disabled women. Based on the prerequisites for strengthening the digital information literacy of women with disabilities, we proposed four levels of support. First, it is a matter of conducting a survey on the digital informationization of people with disabilities. Second, the level of digital access for women with disabilities. Third, the issue of education to enhance the digital capabilities of people with disabilities. Fourth, the utilization of digital information by women with disabilities.

본 연구는 장애여성의 디지털정보화 현황을 바탕으로 향후 장애여성의 디지털 역량 제 고를 위한 발전적인 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 학술논문 및 학술 서적을 바탕으로 한 문헌분석, 관련 제도 및 법률안 분석, 통계자료를 활용한 현황 분석방법을 활용하여 장애인 디지털정보화 실태, 디지털정보화를 위한 법과 제도, 디지털정보화 교육, 장애여성의 디지털정보화 수준을 접근과 활용수준에 서 분석하였다. 장애여성의 디지털정보화 실태는 파악하기가 어려울 뿐 아니라, 장애여성이 갖는 사회· 경제적 특성이나 장애유형, 장애정도가 고려되지 않아 디지털정보 격차가 여전히 좁혀지지 않고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 여성에 비해 남성의 디지털정보 접근수준이 더 높고 여성 의 경우 교육프로그램에 기초적 수준의 정보화 교육 내용이 많았다. 장애여성의 디지털정보화 역량강화를 위해 전제되어야 할 사항을 중심으로 네 가지 차원의 지원 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 장애인 디지털정보화 실태조사의 문제이다. 둘째, 장 애여성의 디지털 접근 수준문제이다. 셋째, 장애인의 디지털 역량을 제고하기 위한 교육문 제이다. 넷째, 장애여성의 디지털정보 활용측면이다.
