This researcher looked at Dietrich Bonhofers study on pastoral practices for North Korean missionary work based on the peaceful theology of peace, since inter-Korean exchanges have not been dramatically activated due to UN sanctions, but Korean society and the Korean church cannot neglect the mission of peaceful unification and North Korean missionary work. There was a time when North Korea's nuclear test heightened the sense of crisis that war might break out on the Korean Peninsula, and it remains ongoing today. It is also a time to remind us of how valuable peaceful unification is and the fact that the ultimate value of Christianity is peaceful unification. Not only does the broad category of peaceful unification lead from individual psychological comfort to cosmic harmony, but it is also a task on the Korean Peninsula that must go beyond the serious conflict caused by division to achieve unification and social integration after that. Peaceful unification should reflect the complex political and social realities. Christian Theology of peace should serve as a stepping stone to theological and pastoral practice to achieve peaceful unification of the Korean Peninsula as a process of reducing violence. As a result, German Christian pastor and theologian Dietrich Bonhofer' s ideas about the theology of peace that overcomes the ideology of the Korean Peninsula provide a new perspective to the Korean church and Korean society that form a life of peace and theology of peace. The understanding of Dietrich Bonhofer was examined in general situations, lectures on the theology of peace, and preaching the theology of peace at the beginning of the study. Furthermore, the pastoral practice plan for North Koreas missionary work was summarized as follows by referring to 『Follow Me』, 『Peace theology in 『The Common Life of the Holy Fathe r』, 『Peace theology in 『Ethics』, and 『Okjungseoshin-Resistance and Submission』among the books of Dietrich Bonhofer that can contribute to the overcoming of division and peaceful unification of the two Koreas. The first is a pastoral practice plan for the Peace Church. The second is a pastoral practice plan for peaceful unification education. Finally, a pastoral practice plan for peaceful unification missions was proposed. In the pastoral field to be practiced through this, the Korean Church should discuss ways and missionary strategies for peace and unification on the Korean Peninsula in embodying harmonious community values beyond division and conflict. In addition to the need for future research, the peace spirit of the church community, pastors, and Christians is known as a Christian's full calling, and according to Dietrich Bonhofer's Theology of Peace, more pastoral research, education methods, and efforts for peaceful unification, and education are expected to be needed through his life and ministry.

본 연구자는 유엔 제재로 남북한 교류가 획기적으로 활성화되지 않았으나 한국 사 회와 한국교회가 평화통일과 북한선교의 사명까지 소홀히 여길 수 없기에 디트리히 본회퍼의 평화 신학에 따른 북한선교를 위한 목회적 실천 방안에 관한 연구에 대하여 살펴보았다. 북한의 핵 실험으로 인해서 한반도에는 전쟁이 일어날지 모른다는 위기 의식으로 고조된 시절이 있었고, 여전히 지금도 현재진행형으로 남아있다. 이처럼 평 화통일이 얼마나 소중한 가치를 지니고 있는지, 그리고 기독교의 궁극적인 가치가 평 화통일이라는 사실을 새삼 되새기게 해주는 때이기도 하다. 광범위한 평화통일의 범 주는 개인의 심리적 편안함에서 우주적 조화까지 이어질 뿐만 아니라 특히 분단으로 인한 심각한 갈등을 넘어 통일과 그 이후 사회적 통합까지 이루어 내야 하는 한반도 의 숙제이다. 평화통일은 복잡하게 꼬인 정치 및 사회적 현실까지 반영해 내야 한다. 기독교의 평화 신학은 폭력을 줄이는 과정으로 한반도의 평화통일을 이루기 위한 신학적이고 목회적인 실천 방안의 징검다리가 되어야 할 것이다. 이에 따라서, 한반도 이데올로기를 극복하는 평화 신학에 대해 독일 기독교 목사이자 신학자인 디트리히본회퍼의 사상은 평화의 삶과 평화 신학을 형성하는 한국교회와 한국 사회에 새로운 모습을 제공해 주고 있다. 본론의 연구 시작은 디트리히 본회퍼에 대한 이해를 일반 적 상황과 평화 신학 강연, 그리고 평화 신학 설교로 고찰하였다. 더 나아가서, 남북 한의 분단극복과 평화통일에 이바지할 수 있는 디트리히 본회퍼 저서들 가운데 『나 를 따르라』, 『성도의 공동생활』에서의 평화 신학, 그리고 『윤리학』과 『옥중서신-저항과 복종』에서의 평화 신학을 언급함으로써 북한선교를 위한 목회적 실천 방안 을 다음과 같이 정리해 보았다. 첫째는, 평화교회를 위한 목회적 실천 방안이다. 둘째 는, 평화통일 교육을 위한 목회적 실천 방안이다. 마지막으로 셋째는, 평화통일 선교를 위한 목회적 실천 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 실천해야 할 목회 현장에서 한국 교회는 분열과 갈등을 넘어 조화로운 공동체 가치를 구체화하는 데 한반도 평화와 통 일을 위한 방안들과 선교 전략을 토의해야 하며, 앞으로 연구의 필요성과 더불어 교회공동체와 목회자들, 그리스도인들의 평화 정신을 기독교인의 온전한 소명으로 알고 디트리히 본회퍼의 평화 신학에 따라 그의 삶과 사역을 통해 평화통일의 목회적 연구 와 교육 방법과 노력이 더욱 필요할 것으로 본다.
