In order to effectively achieve the purpose of school discipline, all members of the educational community must understand school discipline in the same sense, understand its necessity, and actively participate and support it. Based on this awareness of the problem, the concept of school discipline is defined by analyzing related laws, academic cases, etc., and the conventional development of compliance with social rules ultimately leads to moral development, and the conflicts that arise around problem behaviors are resolved based on responsibility, forgiveness, and moral shaming, and the educational theory and practice that can achieve reconciliation and reintegration are discussed.
