This study is a descriptive survey study to confirm the degree of nursing students' major satisfaction, social support, resilience, and adaptation to college life, and to identify their correlation and influencing factors. As a result of analyzing college adaptation according to the general characteristics of the subjects, there was no statistically significant difference in gender, age and grade, and there were significant differences in interpersonal relationships(F=12.253, p<.001), health status (F=11.331, p<.001), economic level (F=8.728, p<.001), and satisfaction with college life(F=25.250, p<.001). The subject's adaptation to college life was positively related to major satisfaction(r=.573, P<.001), social support (r=.560, p<.001), and ability to overcome(r=.657, p<.001). Factors influencing the subject's adaptation to college life were major satisfaction (β=.255, p<.001) and overcoming ability (β=.361, p<.001). The explanatory power of their variables about adjusting to college life was 47.3%. We aim to provide basic data for programs and education to improve nursing students' satisfaction with their major and their ability to overcome them.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 사회적지지, 극복력과 대학생활적응의 정도를 확인하고, 이들의 상관관계 및 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 대학생활적응을 분석한 결과 대인 관계(F=12.253, p<.001), 건강상태(F=11.331, p<.001), 경제수준(F=8.728, p<.001), 대학생활만족도(F=25.250, p<.001) 에서는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 대학생활적응은 전공만족도(r=.573, p<.001), 사회적지지(r=.560, p<.001), 극 복력(r=.657, p<.001)과는 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 대학생활적응의 영향요인으로는 전공만족도(β=.255, p<.001)와 극복력(β=.361, p<.001)으로 나타났다. 대학생활적응에 대한 이들의 변인의 설명력은 47.3%였다. 간호대학 생의 전공만족도와 극복력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 및 교육의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
