This study examines the influence of training characteristics in information technology vocational schools on students' management abilities, emphasizing the mediating effect of role ambiguity. The findings reveal that training components—including instructor quality, facilities and equipment, and well-structured courses—mitigate role conflict and foster role clarity(an aspect of role ambiguity), thereby enhancing management skills. Notably, role conflict was shown to impede management ability, while role clarity proved essential for its improvement. These insights highlight the value of clear, systematic training design in vocational education, supporting students’ role comprehension and management skill development and offering practical guidance for vocational education enhancement.

본 연구는 정보기술 직업훈련학교 훈련 특성이 학생들의 역할 모호성을 통해 관리 능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하 였다. 연구 결과, 훈련 특성 중 교수자, 시설 및 장비, 훈련 과정이 역할 모호성의 하위 요소인 역할 갈등을 감소시키고, 역할 명확성을 증대시켜 관리 능력 향상에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 역할 갈등은 관리 능력을 저해하는 반면, 역할 명확성은 관리 능력을 증진하는 중요한 요소로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 직업 교육 과정에서 명확하고 체계적인 훈련 설계가 학생들의 역할 인식과 관리 능력 발달에 필수적임을 시사하며, 직업 교육의 개선 방향에 대한 실질적인 정보를 제공한다.
