Diabetes can cause complications such as eyes, kidneys, feet, and nerves. The number of diabetic patients is increasing rapidly every year. Diabetes is a disease that progresses to chronic kidney failure due to damage to small blood vessels in the kidneys. T-test was performed to compare the risk factors for obesity, physical and metabolic diseases before and after participation in the program. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the body mass index was distributed higher the average of 26.84 points for women than 25.17 points for men. Secondly, the body fat percentage has been increased to an average of 34.58 points after participation from an average of 23.60 points before participation in the program. In conclusion, diabetes patients need continuous care and can be verified for effectiveness only by intervention performance of related programs. We need management and support at a community level.
