[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect on profitability through the relationship between financial indicators of golf courses that has converted from private to public. [Method] The data were analyzed with the correlation analysis and panel regression analysis using SPSS 26.0, Python programming language. [Result] After the conversion to a public system from private system, the capital structure of the golf courses have improved. In particular, the equity capital ratio, total debt turnover ratio, sales growth rate and net profit growth rate are indicators of increasing net profit margin. [Conclusion] Golf courses need to increase capital ratio and total debt turnover ratio to improve financial stability. In addition, because the sales growth rate and net profit growth rate positively affect the net profit margin, it is necessary to make and apply an efficient marketing strategy for increasing their income.

[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 회원제에서 대중제로 운영 방식을 전환한 골프장의 재무적 성과지표 간 관련성을 알아보고, 재무적 성과지표가 수익성에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 골프장의 수익성 증대를 위한 재무적 성 과 지표의 관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. [방법] 결과 도출을 위해 대중제 전환 골프장의 재무제표를 수집하고, SPSS 26.0과 Python 프로그래밍 언어를 사용하여 상관분석과 패널회귀분석을 수행하였다. [결과] 대중제 전환 이후 골프장 의 자본구조가 개선되었으며, 특히 자기자본비율, 총부채회전율, 매출액증가율, 순이익증가율이 매출액순이익률을 증가시키는 것으로 분석되었다. [결론] 골프장은 향후 위기 상황에 대한 유연한 대처와 경쟁 우위 확보를 위해 자기 자본비율과 총부채회전율을 증가시켜 재무안정성을 개선할 필요가 있으며, 매출액증가율과 순이익증가율이 매출액 순이익률에도 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 지속적인 수입 증대를 위한 마케팅 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.
