[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of adult men and women who are golf YouTube viewers on their mindset and passion for exercise on perceived performance. [Method] This study conducted a survey on 345 male and female adult golf participants. Data processing was carried out through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 28.0 program. [Results] The results of the study showed that a growth mindset had a positive effect on obsessive passion, harmonious passion, and perceived performance, and that obsessive passion also positively influenced perceived performance. [Conclusion] It was found that the mindset and sports passion of golf YouTube viewers have a significant impact on perceived performance, and the results of this study can be used as important basic data in the design of golf education and training programs.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프 유튜브 시청자인 성인 남녀를 대상으로 이들의 마인드셋과 운동열정이 인지된 경기력에 미치 는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. [방법] 본 연구는 골프 참여자 성인 남녀 345명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하 였다. 자료 처리는 SPSS/WIN 28.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 그 리고 다중회귀분석을 통해 진행되었다. [결과] 연구 결과, 마인드셋의 성장 마인드셋이 운동열정의 하위요인인 강박 열정, 조화열정과 단일요인으로 구성된 인지된 경기력에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 운동열정의 강박열 정은 인지된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프 유튜브 시청자들의 마인드셋과 운동열 정이 인지된 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 연구 결과는 골프 교육과 훈련 프로그램의 설계 에 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
