The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze elderly crisis research using a framework reflecting the core elements of Trauma-Informed Care(TIC). A content analysis was conducted on 43 journal articles published over the past 10 years. Elderly crisis attracted multidisciplinary attention from 38 institutions, with qualitative research being the most commonly used methodology. Seventeen types of crises were identified, with suicide being the most prevalent. Among TIC’s six principles, trustworthiness and transparency were the most common(27.7%), reaffirming that a safe relationship between the elderly and care professionals is crucial for successful intervention. Empowerment(24.6%) was also emphasized as important for enabling both the elderly and care professionals to manage crises proactively. Safety and peer support were each addressed in 10 articles(15.4%), collaboration and mutuality in 7(10.8%), and cultural sensitivity in 4(6.2%). The study concludes with a discussion of the findings, limitations, and future research directions.

본 연구의 목적은 TIC의 핵심요소를 반영한 노인위기관리의 틀을 활용하여 노인위기 연구를 체계적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 최근 10년간 발간된 학술지 43편을 선별하여 내용분석을 실시하였다. 노인위기는 38개의 기관에서 다학제적 관심을 가졌고, 질적연구방밥론이 가장 많이 활용되었다. 위기사건은 17종으 로, 자살이 가장 많았다. TIC의 6개 원칙에 따라 분류된 논문 수와 연구 주제의 비율을 살펴보면, 신뢰성과 투명성은 18편(27.7%)로 가장 많았고, 조력 전문가와의 안전한 관계가 위기 개입의 성공 여부에 중요한 요인임을 재확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 역량 강화 16편(24.6%)를 통해 노인과 조력 전문가 모두 위기 상황을 보다 주도적으로 관리할 수 있는 기반을 제공하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 확인하였다. 안전성과 동료지원 이 각10편(15.4%)씩, 협력 및 상호작용이 7편(10.8%), 문화적 감수성이 4편(6.2%)로 가장 적었다. 마지막 으로, 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구 방향을 제언하였다.
