In this study, we analyzed the disaster vulnerability of the city of Daegu and examined its spatial characteristics by using socio-economic big data. The results show that the northern area of the city is the most vulnerable and the magnitude of vulnerability decreases in the central and southern areas. By comparing socio-economic characteristics such as floating population, credit card consumption, and land use purpose. it is found that there are differences in preferences based on which demographic groups can afford higher rents or costs. People under twenties prefer living in vulnerable areas, while people over fifties tend to avoid living in the areas. In addition, the vulnerability index increases as sports company revenues increases, but financial institution revenues decreases. In terms of land use purpose, the vulnerability index increases as land uses of business and manufacturing increase and commercial land uses decrease. These findings can be useful to compare the vulnerability of different regions to different types of disasters.

본 논문은 사회·경제적 빅데이터를 기반으로 대구시의 재난·재해 취약성을 분석하고 공간적 특성을 살펴본 연구이다. 취약성 특성을 살펴보면 북측이 가장 취약하고 남측으로 갈수록 취약성이 낮아지는 패턴을 보인다. 취약성이 높은 지역이 가지는 공간적 특성을 이해하기 위하여 핫스팟 분석으로 취약성이 높은 지역과 그렇지 않은 지역을 구분하고, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 인구특성, 사회·경제특성 그리고 물리적 시설 특성이 어떻게 다른지 비교하여 보았다. 인구분석 결과 연령대가 높을수록 취약성 낮은 지역에서 활동하는 것을 선호하는 경향을 보였다. 사회·경제 특성 분석 결과 상업이나 금융업 등 높은 임대료를 감당할 수 있는 업종은 취약성이 낮은 지역을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 건축물 이용 특성에서는 업무·교육용도와 공동주택 비율이 높은 지역일수록 취약성이 높은 지역을 선호하는 패턴을 보이고 있다. 이러한 결과는 재난·재해 대응 정책 수립 시 지역별로 차별화된 접근이 필요함을 시사한다. 특히 취약성이 높은 지역에 대해서는 보다 집중적인 모니터링과 예방 대책이 필요할 것이다.
