This study was conducted to systematically review the literature on the influencing factors of nurses' happiness in Korea and suggest future research directions. Seventeen academic literature were selected using the PRISMA guidelines. The systematic literature review revealed the following findings: First, all literature on factors influencing nurse happiness used regression analysis methods, and second, when happiness predictors were classified into three characteristics, 8 personal factors, 5 work characteristics factors, and 5 work environment factors were identified. Third, the influence of happiness predictors was confirmed to be positive for both personal and work environment factors, while some of the work characteristics factors were negative and others were positive. Based on these results, future research on factors influencing nurse happiness should expand path analysis research and structural model research along with regression analysis. Additionally, intervention program development research should consider enhancing happiness predictors with positive effects and reducing happiness predictors with negative effects.

본 연구는 국내 간호사 행복의 영향요인을 다룬 문헌들을 체계적으로 검토하여 앞으로 나아가야 할 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 수행하였다. 분석대상 문헌은 학술 논문을 대상으로 PRISMA 단계를 거쳐 17편을 선정하였다. 선정된 문헌들을 체계적 문헌고찰을 활용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간호사 행복의 영향요인을 다룬 문헌들은 모두 회귀분석 방법을 사용하였고 둘째, 행복 예측변수를 3가지 특성으로 분류하였을 때 개인적 요인 8개, 업무특성 요인 5개, 직장환경 요인 5개로 확인되었다. 셋째, 행복 예측변수의 영향은 개인적 요인과 직장환경 요인은 모두 긍정적이었고, 업무특성 요인에서는 일부는 부정적이었고 또 다른 일부는 긍정적 영향으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 간호사의 행복 영향요인에 관한 연구는 회귀분석과 더불어 경로분석 연구와 구조모형 연구의 확대 및 중재프로그램 개발 연구 시 긍정적인 영향을 지닌 행복예측 변수는 증진 시키고, 부정적인 영향이 있는 행복예측 변수는 감소시킬 수 있도록 고려해야 할 것으로 제안한다.
