This study examines how Full-time Faculty Securing Rate (FFSR) and Students per Full-time Faculty (SPF) impact freshman enrollment rate (FER) in higher education institutions. Research findings demonstrate that effective faculty resource management is crucial for institutional competitiveness and recruitment success. Analysis shows a positive correlation between FFSR and FER, suggesting that institutions with higher full-time faculty ratios are better at attracting new students. The SPF ratio also positively affects FER, emphasizing the importance of manageable teaching loads and personalized faculty-student interaction in shaping perceptions of academic quality. These findings have significant implications for university administrators and policymakers. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of faculty-related factors in influencing freshman enrollment rates. Through strategic management of faculty resources and institutional practices optimization, universities can effectively attract and retain students, ensuring long-term sustainability and success.
