In this study, compared to the standardized job competency system that has been developed by the state, the content, level, degree of consistency, and jurisdiction of the job were analyzed for the actual job performed in the service industry. Specifically, the standardized job system discussed the clarity of judgment on the ability to perform jobs in the service industry, the indirectness of the output of service activities, the characteristics of job performance capabilities in the service industry such as emotional labor activities, the impact on ratings and social perceptions such as the level of competency units, and the complexity of job performance contents. In addition, the appropriateness of the scope of jurisdiction of the competent authority of the standardized job system and its impact on the job were discussed. Accordingly, efforts to improve the standard of job level in the service industry and activities to induce improvement of awareness are required. From a long-term perspective, it was suggested that it is required to find ways to actively participate in the state-led standardization of jobs and vocational competency development policy.

본 연구에서는 서비스산업 분야 직무수행 과정에서 실제 수행하는 직무에 대하여, 그간 국가가 주도하여 개발되어 온 표준화된 직무능력 체계와 비교하여, 그 직무의 내용, 수준, 정합성 정도, 관할 범위 등을 중심으로 분석해 본 결과, 일정하게 부조화 양상이 발견되었 다. 구체적으로, 표준화된 직무체계가 서비스산업 분야의 직무수행 능력 여부에 대한 판단의 명확성, 서비스 활동의 산출물의 간접성, 감정노동 활동 등과 같은 서비스산업 분야 직무수 행 능력의 특성 측면, 능력단위 수준과 같은 평정과 사회적 인식에의 영향, 직무수행 내용의 복합성 등에 관하여 논의하였다. 또한, 표준화된 직무 체계 관할 기관의 관할 범위의 적절성 및 해당 직무에의 영향에 관하여 논의하였다. 이에, 서비스산업 분야 직무의 수준에 대한 표준적 향상 노력 및 인식 개선 유도 활동이 요구된다. 장기적 관점에서 국가 주도의 직무의 표준화 및 직업능력개발정책에 산업계, 노동 계의 적극적 참여 방안 모색이 요구됨을 제언하였다.
