This paper designed and implemented a reputation analysis platform for public infrastructure by securing public data, constructing a big data environment, and using a map-based API. The focus of this study is that it can be a measure to judge whether real estate prices are reasonable compared to surrounding infrastructure based on clear reputation of infrastructure information in surrounding areas, and it has a solution to minimize the provision of false information. Therefore, this paper is expected to contribute to the field of participatory platforms in the future as an opinion mining-based regional information sharing system that not only provides positive and negative facility information in residential areas, but also allows citizens to directly participate and provide objective opinions on public offices and facility infrastructure as unstructured data.

본 논문은 공공데이터를 확보하여 빅데이터 환경을 구축하고 지도 기반의 API를 이용하여 공공인프라에 대한 평판 분석 플랫폼을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 연구의 포커스는 주변 지역의 인프라 정보에 대한 명확한 평판을 기준으로 주변 인프라 에 비해서 부동산 시세가 합리적인지를 판단할 수 있는 척도가 될 수 있으며 거짓된 정보 제공을 최소화할 수 있는 해결책을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문은 주거지역의 긍정적인 시설과 부정적인 시설 정보를 제공할뿐만 아니라 국민이 직접 참여하여 관공서 및 시설 인프라에 대한 객관적인 의견을 비정형 데이터로 제시할 수 있는 오피니언마이닝 기반의 지역 정보 공유 시스템으로 향후 참여형 플랫폼 분야에도 기여할 것으로 예상한다.
