The need for education on emergency response to natural and social disasters is increasing. This study is a descriptive survey aimed at analyzing the relationships between disaster awareness, disaster attitudes, and disaster response willingness among nursing students, as well as identifying factors that influence their willingness to participate in disaster response. The study was conducted with 107 nursing students in region C from November 6 to 10, 2023, using a self-administered questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 24.0. Data were analyzed using the independent t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed a positive correlation between disaster response willingness and disaster attitude (r=.224, p=.021), and between disaster response willingness and disaster awareness (r=.351, p<.001). Additionally, disaster attitude was positively correlated with disaster awareness (r=.458, p<.001). The main factors influencing disaster response willingness were man-made disasters, school courses, and external educational institutions. To enhance disaster response willingness, it is suggested to develop simulation-based education and disaster scenario-based training programs.

자연재난과 사회재난에 대한 응급상황 대처 교육의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 재난인식, 재 난태도, 재난대응 참여의지 간의 관계를 분석하고, 재난대응 참여의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연 구이다. C지역 간호대학생 107명을 대상으로 2023년 11월 6일부터 10일까지 자기기입식 설문조사를 진행하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 24.0을 사용하여 분석되었다. 자료분석은 독립표본 t검정 및 일원배치 분산분석, Pearson 상관분석, 다중 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 재난대응 참여의지는 재난태도(r=.224, p=.021)와 재난인식(r=.351, p<.001)에서 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 재난태도는 재난인식(r=.458, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 재난대응 참여의지에 영향을 주요 요인은 인위재난, 학교수업, 학교 외 교육기관으로 나타났으며, 이를 개선하기 위해 시뮬레이션 및 재난 시나리오 기반 교육 프로그램의 개발을 제안한다.
