Political funding is crucial for political activities but has been distributed very unequally, exacerbating economic and political inequalities. In Korea, state subsidies represent the largest portion of political funding for parties. Despite ongoing criticism of their allocation and payment structure, the existing system has expanded and deepened without substantial reform. This study examines the state of these subsidies during the 21st and 22nd general elections, revealing that the existing political order, dominated by the two major parties, has been reinforced through various issues. These issues include the allocation method of state subsidies, double payment of election subsidies, lack of return criteria, timing of payment criteria, and referral subsidies. The resulting economic inequality among political parties forms the structural basis for political inequality, leading to a system that favors established parties and centralized politics, which has hindered recent electoral reforms. To achieve successful institutional reforms in the future, it is crucial to design specific institutions with a comprehensive understanding of democracy, political parties, elections, and political funding, and to implement these designs in practice.

본 연구는 시대적 흐름에 따른 유아교사의 디지털 매체 활용에 대한 필요성을 토대로 유아 교사의 배경 변인에 따른 디지털 매체 활용에 대한 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 연구 대상은 G광역시 5개 구에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 유아교사 325명이다. 유아교사의 디지털 매체 활용을 알아보기 위해 민정현(2023)이 개발한 도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 유아교사 배경 변인에 따른 디지털 매체 활용 차이를 분석하기 위해 분산분석(one-way ANOVA)과 사후 검증을 위해 DunCan 검 증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 유아교사의 연령에 따라 소프트웨어 활용은 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 20대가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 학력에 따라서는 전체 디지털매체 활용이 유의미한 차 이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 하위영역에서는 소프트웨어 활용에서 대학원 이상의 교사 집단이 가장 높게 활용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 유아교사의 경력에 따라서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없 는 것으로 나타났다. 근무기관 유형에 따라서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사립유치원 교사 집단이 가장 높게 활용하는 것으로 나타났다. 담당유아 연령에 따라서 유의미한 차이 가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 만5세를 담당하고 있는 교사집단이 가장 높게 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타 났다. 본 연구결과는 유아교사의 디지털활용 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
