With the spread of ESG management, demands for corporate environmental management are increasing. Environmental management is now recognized not as a passive management activity in response to society's demands, but as a perspective for companies to secure competitiveness and find business opportunities. Accordingly, the need for companies to introduce eco-friendly technologies is increasing. In relation to the introduction of eco-friendly technology by small and medium- sized enterprises with insufficient resources, this study aims to study the relationship between dynamic capabilities, motivation for environmental management and eco-friendly technology readiness, intention to introduce eco-friendly technology. A survey was conducted on 330 incumbent employees, including representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises located in Korea, and then analyzed using spss ver.20 and amos ver.26. It was confirmed that combinative capacity and demand for environmental management had an effect on the intention to introduce eco-friendly technology and absorptive capability, combinative capability, innovation of management, institutional support had an effect on eco-friendly technology readiness. The results of this study are thought to be useful in policy research for the introduction of eco-friendly technology that is required even for small and medium-sized enterprises with insufficient resources, along with the increasing need for eco-friendly technologies.

ESG경영 확산과 더불어 기업의 환경경영에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이제 환경경영은 사회의 요구에 대한 수동적 경영활동이 아니라 기업이 경쟁력을 확보하고 사업 기회를 찾는 관점으로 인식되고 있으며, 이에 따라 기업의 친환경기술 도입의 필요성은 점점 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 자원 이 부족한 중소기업의 친환경기술 도입과 관련하여 동적역량과 환경경영 동기가 친환경기술 기술준비 도 및 친환경기술 도입의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 연구하고자 한다. 국내에 소재하는 중소기업 대표를 비롯한 재직자 330명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 다음, SPSS ver.20과 AMOS ver.26을 활용하여 분석하였다. 친환경기술 결합역량과 환경경영 요구는 친환경기술 도입의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확 인되었고, 친환경기술 습득역량, 친환경기술 결합역량, 경영진 혁신성, 제도적 지원은 친환경기술 기술 준비도에 영향을 미쳤으며, 친환경기술 기술준비도는 친환경기술 도입의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 친환경기술의 필요성 증가와 함께 자원이 부족한 중소기업에게도 요구되고 있는 친환경기술 도입을 위한 정책 연구에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
