This study aimed to examine research trends related to Koryo children living in Korea. The analysis targets are academic journals and theses published domestically until December 2023. The criteria for paper analysis are research period, research subject, research method, and research topic. The research results are as follows: First, from 2015 to 2023, there were a total of 62 studies related to Koryo children living in Korea. Research on Korean children living in Korea began in 2015, and has more than doubled to 9 studies since 2021. Second, the majority of research subjects were elementary school students, and the number of research subjects was mostly 10 or less. Third, qualitative research was found to be the most common research method. Fourth, the most research topics were papers related to adaptation to life in Korea. The results of this study are expected to help establish future research directions for Korean children.

본 연구는 국내거주 고려인 아동 관련 연구동향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석대상은 2023년 12월까지 국내에서 발행된 학술지, 학위논문이고, 논문의 연구 시기, 연구대상, 연구방법 및 연구주제 별로 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 2015년부터 2023년까지 국내거주 고려인 아동 관련 연구는 총 62 편이었다. 2015년에 국내거주 고려인 아동 관련 연구가 시작되어 2021년 이후 9편으로 2배 이상 증가 하였다. 둘째, 연구 대상은 초등학생 대상 연구가 가장 많았고, 연구 대상의 인원은 주로 10명 이하가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 방법은 질적 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 주 제는 한국생활 적응과 관련된 논문이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 고려인 아동들에 대 한 향후 연구 방향 설정에 도움을 줄 것으로 본다.
