Information system consulting is an activity that provides specialized services necessary to analyze, design, improve, implement, and operate information technology and information systems to effectively support an organization's goals and strategies. It is an essential process for systematically and strategically advancing an organization's IT and information systems. Projects aimed at organizational informatization are broadly divided into the planning phase, implementation phase, and operation phase, with IT and information system consulting projects typically conducted during the planning phase. Specific types of consulting projects in this domain include information strategy planning, information strategy planning with business process reengineering, enterprise architecture, information system master planning, and information security consulting. Information strategy planning focuses on effectively utilizing information systems and IT resources essential for the operation of organizations or institutions to achieve their objectives. Meanwhile, the information system master plan develops detailed implementation and operational plans based on the goals and directions identified in the information strategy planning phase. This is critical for organizations to maintain competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth. This study aims to propose ways to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) in information system consulting for the development of information strategy planning and information system master planning. Specifically, it seeks to present detailed methods for effectively applying AI to the activities performed at each stage of developing these plans. By exploring how AI can be utilized in information system consulting, the study investigates the potential for innovative approaches to consulting practices in this field.

정보시스템 컨설팅은 조직의 목표와 전략을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 정보기술 및 정보시스템을 분석, 설계, 개선, 도입, 운영하는데 필요 한 전문적인 서비스를 제공하는 활동으로, 조직의 IT 및 정보시스템을 체계적이고 전략적으로 발전시키기 위한 필수적인 과정이다. 조직의 정 보화를 위한 사업은 크게 기획 단계, 구현 단계, 운영 단계로 구분되며, 기획 단계에서는 주로 IT 컨설팅 및 정보시스템 컨설팅 사업이 수행된 다. 세부적으로 이 컨설팅 사업의 유형에는 정보화 전략계획, 정보화 전략계획 및 업무 재설계, 전사적 아키텍처, 정보시스템 마스터플랜, 정보 보안 컨설팅과 같은 사업이 포함된다. 정보화 전략계획은 조직이나 기관 운영에 필수적인 정보시스템과 IT 자원을 효과적으로 활용하여 목표를 달성하기 위한 것이고 정보시스 템 마스트플랜은 정보화 전략계획에서 도출된 목표와 방향성을 구체적으로 실행하기 위한 정보시스템 구축 및 운영 계획을 수립하는 것으로 조직이 경쟁력을 유지하고 지속적으로 성장하기 위해 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정보화 전략계획 수립과 정보시스템 마스트플랜 수립 을 위한 정보시스템 컨설팅에서 인공지능의 활용 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 세부적으로 정보화 전략계획과 정보시스템 마스트플랜 수립 과정 의 단계별로 수행하는 활동에서 인공지능을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 방법을 제시하고, 이를 통해 인공지능이 어떻게 정보시스템 컨설팅에서 활용될 수 있는지를 탐구함으로써 새로운 방식의 정보시스템 컨설팅의 가능성을 모색하고자 한다.
