This study aims to examine the impact of strategic flexibility on financial performance to improve the ability to respond quickly in a rapidly changing market, and to demonstrate that digital technology adoption and competitive advantage act as mediators. This study analyzed data from a sample of companies in various industries, including manufacturing and IT. Hypotheses were set based on theories and previous studies related to strategic flexibility, digital technology adoption, competitive advantage, and financial performance, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to check the reliability and validity of the research model. SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 were used to analyze causal relationships, and Process Macro 3.1 was used to verify multi-mediating effects. The hypotheses of this study were tested and found that strategic flexibility, digital technology adoption, competitive advantage, and financial performance are all positively related, and digital technology adoption and competitive advantage play a mediating role between strategic flexibility and financial performance. The process of acquiring new knowledge and digital technology adoption through strategic flexibility enhances a firm's competitive advantage and increases financial performance. Finally, it is significant that digital competitive advantage and competitive advantage have a multi-mediating effects on the relationship between strategic flexibility and financial performance. This suggests that employee digital adoption and competitive advantage, along with strategic flexibility, are important for firms to increase their financial performance. These findings suggest that strategic flexibility can improve a firm's financial performance through digital technology adoption and competitive advantage. This has important implications for the sustainable growth of organizations, as efforts to enhance strategic flexibility and improve financial performance in a rapidly changing business environment are crucial to the sustainability of organizations.

본 연구는 급변하는 시장에서 빠르게 대처하기 위한 능력을 향상하기 위해 전략적유연성이 인지적 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이 를 위해 디지털 기술도입과 경쟁우위의 다중매개 역할을 실증하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 제조업, IT의 기업 구성원을 대상으로 위탁업체 에 의뢰하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 전략적유연성, 디지털 기술도입, 경쟁우위, 인지적 재무성과와 관련된 이론과 선행 연구를 기반으로 가설을 설정하였고, 연구모형의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 시행하였다. 가설검증은 SPSS 28.0과 AMOS 28.0을 사용하여 인과관계를 분석하였으며, 다중 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Process Macro 3.1을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과, 전략적유연성, 디지털 기술도입, 경쟁우위, 인지적 재무성과에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 디지털 기술도입과 경쟁우위는 전략적유연성과 인지적 재무성과 사이에서 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 판단되었다. 전략적유연성을 통해 새로운 지식과 디지털 기술도입을 습득하는 과정은 기 업의 경쟁우위를 강화하고 인지적 재무성과를 높인다. 마지막으로 전략적유연성과 인지적 재무성과 사이에 디지털 경쟁우위와 경쟁우위는 다 중매개 효과가 나타나는 것으로 의의가 있다. 이는 기업의 인지적 재무성과를 향상하기 위해 전략적유연성과 함께 디지털 기술도입을 통한 경 쟁우위 확보가 중요하다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 전략적유연성이 디지털 기술도입과 경쟁우위를 통해 기업의 인지적 재무성과를 향상할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 이는 급변하는 경영 환경에서 전략적유연성을 강화하고 기업의 인지적 재무성과를 증진을 위한 노력이 기업의 지속 가능한 성장을 위해 중요한 시 사점을 제공한다.
