This study approached the scope of individuals in need of social healing from a comprehensive perspective, ranging from victims of general social violence, crime, and addiction to national-level natural disasters and human-made calamities. This study aimed to identify therapeutic intervention factors in social art healing using the concept mapping. To accomplish this, interviews were conducted with nine art therapy experts, and intervention factors were extracted from various case studies. Ultimately, 33 therapeutic intervention factors were identified, classified by similarity, and evaluated for importance. A concept map was generated through multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis. The results indicate that therapeutic intervention factors in social art healing can be categorized into personal and social dimensions, with distinct factors emerging at the planning and implementation stages. These factors were grouped into four clusters: ‘therapeutic intervention factors at the personal level during the planning stage,’ ‘therapeutic intervention factors at the social level during the planning stage,’ ‘therapeutic intervention factors at the social level during the implementation stage,’ and ‘therapeutic intervention factors at the personal level during the implementation stage.’ The study suggests the need for more sophisticated therapeutic interventions based on the unique characteristics of each cluster. The implications of these therapeutic intervention factors in social art healing are discussed based on the study results.

본 연구는 사회적 치유가 필요한 대상자의 범위를 일반적인 사회적 폭력, 범죄, 중독 피해자 에서부터 국가적 차원의 자연재해와 인적 재난까지 포괄적인 관점에서 접근하였다. 연구는 이 들의 트라우마 치유가 개인적 차원을 넘어 사회적 차원의 치유적 개입과 접근이 필요하다는 전제하에, 개념도 연구 방법을 활용하여 사회적 예술치유에서의 치유적 개입 요인을 도출하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 예술치유 분야의 전문가 9명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였으 며, 다양한 사례로부터 치유적 개입요인을 추출하였다. 최종적으로 33개의 치유적 개입요인이 도출되었고, 유사성 분류와 중요도 평가를 거쳐 다차원척도분석과 위계적 군집분석을 통해 개 념도를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 사회적 예술치유에서의 치유적 개입 요인은 개인적 차원과 사 회적 차원으로 구분되며, 각각 기획 단계에서의 고려 요인과 실행 개입 요인으로 구별되는 것 으로 나타나, 총 네 개의 군집으로 분류되었다. ‘기획 단계에서 개인적 차원의 치유적 개입 요 인’, ‘기획 단계에서 사회적 차원의 치유적 개입 요인’, ‘사회적 차원에서의 실행 개입 요인’, ‘개 인적 차원에서의 실행 개입 요인’ 등 군집별 차별성에 근거한 보다 정교한 치유적 개입이 필요 하다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 사회적 예술치유에서의 치유적 개입 요인에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.
