Objectives In this study, we analyzed a total of 38 works, including 8 theses and 30 journal articles published between 2016 and 2023, to highlight the psychological difficulties experienced by survivors of suicide in their families. The aim was to emphasize the importance and sustainability of research on suicide survivors and to enhance their human rights. Methods This study uses the topic range scoping review method as a literature review research methodology to analyze various variables in domestic studies on suicide bereaved families, what are the experiences of suicide bereaved families’ recovery factors, and the trends in their implications for future research projects. Results The final 38 papers from 2016 to 2023 were selected to present published research by year, classification by research field, trends by research subject, and trends by research method. Conclusions The most important recovery factor for suicide survivors was psychological support, followed by supportive relationships outside of the family. They appeared in the order of self-growth and self-transcendence, reconstruction of the death of a suicide, finding meaning in life, family love, religion, sufficient time, and my own space.

목적 본 연구에서는 가족의 자살을 경험한 자살 유가족의 인권을 강화하기 위해서 심리적 어려 움을 조명하고 자살 유가족 연구의 중요성과 지속성을 부각시키고자, 2016년부터 2023년의 학위 논문 8편, 등재 학술지 연구 30편, 총 38편을 분석하였다. 방법 본 연구는 문헌 고찰 연구방법론으로 주제 범위 문헌 고찰(scoping review)방법을 활용하 여 자살 유가족에 관한 국내 연구의 다양한 변인별 분석과 자살 유가족의 회복 요인의 경험은 어떠 하며 향후 연구 과제에 주는 시사점에 대한 동향을 연구하였다. 결과 2016년부터 2023년의 최종 38편의 논문을 선정하여 연도별 발행연구, 연구 분야별 분류, 연구 대상별 동향, 연구 방법별 동향을 제시하였다. 결론 자살 유가족의 중요한 회복 요인으로는 심리지원이 가장 많았고 다음으로는 가족 외의 지 지적 관계로 확인되었다. 자기 성장 및 자기 초월과 자살자 죽음의 재구성, 삶의 의미 찾기, 가족의 사랑, 종교, 충분한 시간, 나만의 공간 등의 순서로 나타났다.
