The purpose of this study is to develop an educational program that can improve the safety performance of care-givers in order to prevent disasters and safety accidents in nursing home. In phase 1, in order to develop educational programs, was selected as infection, falls, fires, and poisoning. In phase 2, changes in knowledge, attitude, and practice were selected as the goal of the program. In phase 3, consisted of subdividing the program factors into information factors, synchronous factors, and behavioral technical factors. In phase 4, while the program consists of a total of five times, each discriminatory time is within 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the basic teaching methods consisted of lectures, small group discussions, presentations, and exercises

본 연구의 목적은 최근 증가하고 있는 노인요양시설 내 재난·안전사고를 예방하기 위해 요양보호사의 안전수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위해 1 단계에서는 문헌고찰과 설문조사를 통해 재난·안전사고 예방을 위한 프로그램 개발에서 필요한 영역을 감염, 낙상, 화재, 중독으로 선정하였다. 2단계에서는 지식, 태도, 실무의 변화를 본 프로그램의 목표로 선정하였다. 3단계에서는 프로그램 요인을 정보요인, 동기요인, 행동기술요인으로 세분화하여 구성하였 다. 4단계에서는 본 프로그램을 총 5회차로 구성하면서 매 회차별 소요시간은 1시간 30분 이내이며 기 본적인 교육 방법은 강의, 소그룹 토의, 발표, 실습으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 프로그램의 효과성을 평 가하지 못했다는 한계점이 있기 때문에 추후 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위한 후속 연구를 제언한다.
