To promote regional balanced development using intelligent e-government services, it is essential to accurately predict and reflect the potential needs of citizens, formulate policies to revitalize regional industries for economic innovation, and establish an appropriate governance system involving diverse local stakeholders. This study proposes four priority services that can contribute to regional balanced development and prevent local depopulation by leveraging information technology in the digital era to improve the living conditions of residents in local governments. First, Intelligent Housing Environment Services, Second, Intelligent Health and Welfare Services, Third, Intelligent Public Safety Services, and Intelligent Regional Economic Revitalization Services.

지능형 전자정부 서비스를 활용한 지역균형발전을 촉진하기 위해서는 시민들의 잠재적 수요의 정 확한 예측･반영, 지역경제 혁신을 위한 지역산업 활성화 정책 마련 및 다양한 지역 구성원들의 적절 한 거버넌스체계 구축이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 지능형 전자정부 서비스를 활용하여 지역균형발전 과 지방소멸화 방지에 도움을 줄 수 있는 서비스의 우선순위를 4가지로 제안하였다. 첫째, ‘지능형 주거환경서비스’, 둘째, ‘지능형 보건복지 서비스’, 셋째, ‘지능형 생활안전서비스’, 넷째, ‘지능형 지역 경제 활성화 서비스’ 등이다.
