This study applied beautiful and gorgeous designs of flower patterns among fork art techniques to nail art. According to previous studies, flower patterns using fork art techniques were the most popular among 264 people (41.3%) who wanted to receive nail art in the future, and it was predicted that the customer base would increase. In addition, the nail art industry in Korea has been growing steadily and has been highly evaluated for its excellent technology and sophistication, starting with Korean beauty 'K-Beauty', contributing to national development in economic and cultural aspects. In order to continue this growth and further develop the beauty industry, design diversification should be pursued and design research that can increase the artistic value of the nail field that can satisfy consumer tastes should be continued. Therefore, this study derived creative nail art designs by combining fork art expression techniques and nail art expression techniques. Among the various patterns that can be expressed with fork art, the flower patterns that customers prefer the most were applied to nail art to produce artistic and creative works with gorgeous and beautiful patterns. The first work was designed and produced as a flower of a sun-dried cherry blossom, the second as a wild rose, the third as a Michaelmas daisy, and the fourth as a rose. Through this study, we hope to create a new beauty that can overcome the limitations of universal nail art designs, thereby developing potential and diversity, and contributing to the development of the nail industry, thereby contributing to further promoting ‘K-Beauty’.

본 연구는 포크아트 기법 중 꽃문양의 아름답고 화려한 디자인을 네일아트에 적용된 작품을 제작하였다. 선행연구에서 보면 앞으로 시술받고 싶은 네일아트 중 포크아트 기법을 이용한 꽃무늬가 264명 중 109명(41.3%)으로 가장 많았으며 화려하고 아름다운 문양에 대한 선호도가 높게 나왔고 고객층이 많아질 것이라고 예 측하고 있다. 또한 현재 우리나라의 네일아트 산업은 꾸준히 성장하여 한국의 뷰티 'K-Beauty'를 시작으로 뛰어난 기술력과 정교함으로 높은 평가를 받아 경제, 문 화적인 측면에서 국가 발전에 이바지하고 있다. 이러한 성장을 지속시키고 뷰티산업을 더욱 발전시키기 위해서는 디자인의 다양화를 추구하고, 소비자 기호를 충 족시킬 수 있는 네일 분야의 예술적인 가치를 높일 수 있는 디자인 연구가 지속되어야한다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 포크아트 표현기법과 네일아트의 표현기법을 융합하여 창의적인 네일아트 디자인을 도출하였다. 포크아트로 표현할 수 있는 다양한 문양 중 고객들이 가장 선호하는 꽃문양을 네일아트에 적용하여 화려하고 아름다운 문양으로 예술적이며 창조적인 작품을 제작하였다. 첫 번째 작품은 개망초, 두 번째 작품은 찔레꽃, 세 번째 작품은 데이지꽃, 네 번째 작품은 장미꽃으로 디자인하여 제작하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 보편적인 네일아트 디자인의 한계를 뛰어넘을 수 있도록 새로운 아름다움을 창조하여 잠재성과 다양성을 향상시킬 기회 를 통해 네일 미용 산업의 발전에 기여하여 더욱 ‘K-Beauty’를 알리는 기회를 제공하고자한다.
