This study aimed to investigate the influence of career calling on career decision self-efficacy and subjective happiness of college students majoring in airline services. The survey was conducted for 15 days through a total of 250 questionnaires from April 1 to April 15, 2024. Data from 243 valid samples were entered using the SPSS 18 program, and the validity and reliability of the structural equation model were confirmed again with the AMOS 18.0 program. The results are as follows. First, transcendent calling and prosocial orientation in career calling didn't had a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy. On the other hand, purpose/meaning exerted a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy. Second, career decision self-efficacy exerted a positive effect on life satisfaction and positive emotions in subjective happiness, and a negative effect on negative emotions. Third, the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy was confirmed between purpose/meaning and life satisfaction, purpose/meaning and positive emotions, and purpose/meaning and negative emotions. The results of this paper are significant in that they provide practical directions to students majoring in airline services who are concerned about their career paths at a time when airlines are actively recruiting cabin crews due to the recent recovery in passenger demand. Through this study, we explored various ways for college students to have career decision self-efficacy through career calling and lead a happy college life, and we expect that this will serve as basic data for students to have more positive emotions, lower negative emotions, and live a college life with satisfaction in life.

본 연구는 항공서비스 전공 대학생의 진로소명이 진로결정 자기효능감과 주관적 행복에 미치는 영향에 관해 파악하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 2024년 4월 1일부 터 4월 15일까지 15일간 250명을 대상으로 수행하였다. 유효표본 243개의 데이터는 SPSS18 프로그램으로 입력하였고 다시 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구 조방정식 모형의 타당성과 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로소명에 있어 초월적 부름, 친사회적 지향은 진로결정 자기효능감에 긍정적 인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 목적/의미는 진로결정 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 주관 적 행복 중 삶의 만족, 긍정정서에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 부정정서에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 목적/의미와 삶의 만족, 목적/의미와 긍 정정서, 목적/의미와 부정정서 사이에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 상기 연구 결과는 최근 여객수요 회복으로 항공사에서 객실승무원 채용을 활발히 진행하게 된 시점에 진로 문제로 고민하는 항공서비스 전공 학생들에게 실질적인 방향성을 제시했다는 점이 연구의 의의가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 대 학생들이 진로소명을 통해 진로결정 자기효능감을 지니게 되어 대학생활을 행복하게 영위할 수 있는 다양한 방안을 모색하였고, 학생들이 보다 긍정정서를 가지고 부정정서는 낮추며 삶에 만족하는 대학생활을 하기 위한 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
