The research aims to explore the possibility of incorporating artificial intelligence technology into national technology qualification examinations. The recent rapid development of AI technology has revolutionized the field of design, presenting new possibilities for creative processes and outcomes. Generative AI has been expanding the boundaries of creativity with remarkable achievements in various areas, from static image generation to artistic image generation. Amid these developments, the National Technical Qualification Test, organized by the Korea Human Resources Development Service, should keep pace with the current trend through systematic research and innovation to incorporate AI technology into the evaluation method. This study specifically analyzes the applicability of Generative AI such as Adobe Firefly, one of the Adobe programs currently used in the qualification test. We modified the outstanding problems of the National Technical Qualification Test to enable a task-based solution using Adobe Firefly and reorganized the problems to suit their capabilities. In addition, we conducted a mock test and collected participant surveys to derive the results. These results provide basic data to explore the possibility and suitability of future development of practical test evaluation methods in the National Technical Qualification Framework.

본 연구는 국가기술자격 시험 평가방법에 인공지능 기술 도입의 가능성을 모색하고자 한다. AI 기술의 급 속한 발전은 최근 디자인 분야에 혁신적인 변화를 일으 키며, 창작 과정과 결과물에 새로운 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 생성형 AI는 정적 이미지 제작부터 예술적 이미 지 생성까지 다양한 영역에서 놀라운 결과를 선보이며 창작의 경계를 확장하고 있다. 이러한 변화 속에서 한 국산업인력공단이 주관하는 국가기술자격 역시 이 시대 적 흐름에 부합하기 위해 AI 기술을 반영한 평가방법 에 대한 체계적인 연구와 혁신이 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 현재 국가기술자격시험에서 사용되고 있는 어도비 프 로그램 중 생성형 인공지능 Adobe Firefly를 활용한 국가기술자격시험 적용 가능성을 분석하고, 이를 활용 해 국가기술자격 공개문제를 수정하여 Adobe Firefly 기반 작업이 가능하도록 재구성하였다. 또한, 모의테스 트를 실시하고 참여자 설문 조사를 통해 도출된 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 향후 국가기술자격 작업형 시험의 평 가방법 발전 방향에 대한 가능성과 적합성을 탐구하는 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 본연구의 목적을 둔다.
