This study aims to investigate the influence of college students' career attitude maturity on career preparation behavior. Data collection was conducted over approximately one month, beginning in March 2024, using a convenience sampling method targeting students from universities in Gyeonggi-do. A total of 223 valid responses were obtained and subsequently analyzed. The results of the analysis are as follows: The career attitude maturity factors of college students were identified as independence, determination, preparedness, purposefulness, and confidence. Among these factors, independence, preparedness, purposefulness, and confidence were found to influence job ability improvement behavior. Determination, preparedness, and confidence were found to influence self-understanding behavior. The impact of career attitude maturity on job ability improvement behavior was found to vary depending on the students' majors. Similarly, the influence of career attitude maturity on self-understanding behavior also differed based on the students' majors. Based on these findings, implications for career preparation behavior and career attitude maturity were discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로태도성숙이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 설문조사 기간은 2024년 3월부터 약 한달간 진행하였다. 표본추출방법은 편의표본추출방법을 활용하였고, 경기도 소재 대학의 학생들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 총 223부의 유효표본을 확보하였고 분석을 실시하였 다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 진로태도성숙 요인으로는 독립성, 결정성, 준비성, 목적성, 확 신성으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로태도성숙요인 중 독립성, 준비성, 목적성, 확신성이 직업능력 향상행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로태도성숙요인 중 결정성, 준비성, 확신성이 자기이해 행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공분야에 따라 진로태도성숙이 직업능력 향상행동에 미치는 영 향은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전공 분야에 따라 진로태도성숙이 자기이해행동에 미치는 영 향은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 진로준비행동과 진로태도성숙이 주는 시사점을 제시하였다.
