The purpose of this study was to investigate clinical practice stress, stress coping, and major satisfaction according to the MBTI personality types of nursing students through a descriptive survey study. Data were collected from 138 third- and fourth-year students enrolled in the nursing department of a four-year university located in Province G. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 29.0. Clinical practice stress was found to have a significant positive correlation with stress coping (r=.39, p<.001), and stress coping was positively correlated with major satisfaction (r=.35, p<.001). The analysis of clinical practice stress, stress coping, and major satisfaction according to personality types revealed that clinical practice stress was higher in SF and NF types compared to ST and NT types (t=2.784, p<.001). Similarly, stress coping was higher in SF and NF types than in ST and NT types. These findings indicate that clinical practice stress and stress coping in nursing students are influenced by personality types, and effective stress coping contributes to improving major satisfaction.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 MBTI 성격 유형에 따른 임상실습 스트레스, 스트레스 대처 및 전공 만족도 를 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 G도에 소재한 일개 4년제 대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 3, 4학년을 대상으로 하였으며, 총 138명이 최종 분석 대상이 되었다. 수집한 자료는 IBM SPSS 29.0 ver.을 이용하 여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 임상실습 스트레스는 스트레스 대처와 유의한 상관관계(r=.39, p<.001)를 보였고, 스트레스 대처는 전공 만족과 상관관계(r=.35, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상자의 성격 유형에 따 른 임상실습 스트레스, 스트레스 대처 및 전공 만족을 알아본 결과, 임상실습 스트레스는 SF와 NF 유형이 ST 와 NT 유형보다 높았고(t=2.784, p<.001), 스트레스 대처 또한 SF와 NF 유형이 ST와 NT 유형보다 높았다. 이상 의 결과로 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 스트레스 대처는 성격 유형에 따라 영향을 받으며, 효율적인 스 트레스 대처가 전공 만족도를 높이는 데 기여한다는 것을 확인하였다.
