Objectives: This study aimed to assess the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the R.I.G.H.T. leadership scale. Methods: The scale was translated following the World Health Organization’s recommended guidelines. Validity was evaluated using content validity, confirmatory factor analysis, item-convergent validity, and convergent validity, along with the psychological safety scale and the mental health scale. Reliability was assessed by measuring internal consistency. Results: All 15 items had I-CVI values above 0.78, and an S-CVI above 0.90, indicating high content validity. The factor analysis confirmed the construct validity, and the convergent validity analysis revealed a significant correlation with mental health and psychological safety. Cronbach's ⍺ was above 0.8, indicating strong internal consistency. Conclusions: The Korean version of the R.I.G.H.T. leadership scale, comprising 15 items distributed across five sub-factors (recognition, involvement, growth and development, health and safety, and teamwork) is a valid and reliable scale for evaluating leadership among public health center officers.
