This study sought to verify the influence relationship between drone education service quality and learner attitude, focusing on the moderating effect of informal learning. The survey for this study was conducted through an online questionnaire from September 2 to September 10, 2024, and empirical analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistical program on a total of 277 samples. The results of this study are as follows. First, drone education service quality was found to have a significant impact on perceived usefulness. Second, perceived usefulness was found to have a significant effect on learning flow. Third, informal learning was found to play a role as a moderating variable in the relationship between drone education service quality and learning immersion. Based on these results, theoretical basic data necessary for improving the expertise of drone education institutions and policies related to the qualification system of related public institutions were provided.

본 연구는 드론 교육서비스품질과 학습자 태도 간의 영향 관계를 무형식 학습의 조절효과를 중심으로 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사는 2024년 9월 2일부터 9월 10일까지 온라인 설문지의 방식으로 총 277부의 표본에 대해 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 실증분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 드론 교육서비스품질은 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성은 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 드론 교육서비스품질과 학습몰입과의 관계에서 무형식 학습은 조절 변수 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 드론 교육기관의 전문성 제고 및 관련 공공 기관의 자격제도 관련 정책에 필요한 이론적 기초자료를 제공하였다.
