In order to focus on preventive measures rather than post-measures such as fines for failures in security screening without intent or negligence within a year, we propose the introduction of an airport security level evaluation system. In other words, airports will be grouped based on the number of passengers or the number of flights so that the level of security facilities, personnel, and equipment can be considered and evaluated based on the size of the airport facilities. A structure should be established so that even small airports can be fairly evaluated by relatively evaluating the security failure rate based on the number of passengers, the possession rate of security equipment, and the acquisition rate of high-level personnel. This is a system that scores inspection items to evaluate the security level of each airport by quantifying aviation security vulnerabilities. Based on this, it will induce compliance with aviation security laws and contribute to the enhancement of aviation security.
