This study aimed to identify what response methods college female professional athletes choose when they experience human rights violations in the current situation where human rights violations against female athletes are not eradicated, and to analyze the characteristics of groups that choose passive response methods such as ignoring or avoiding. As a result of analyzing the results of a survey of 274 female college student athletes included in the ｢Survey on the Human Rights Situation of Female Professional Athletes｣ conducted by the National Human Rights Commission of Korea in 2020, the passive response type to violence/bullying accounted for 49%, and the passive response type to sexual harassment/sexual violence accounted for 21%. As a result of analyzing the factors influencing the choice of passive response type through logistic regression analysis, the factors influencing the passive response to violence/bullying were the perception of the function of the reporting agency, the experience of secondary victimization from human rights violations, and gender role stereotypes, and the factor influencing the passive response to sexual harassment/sexual violence was gender role stereotypes. In the future, we need to promote gender equality awareness through sports violence prevention education, strengthen the function of reporting agencies to fairly handle human rights violation situations, and strengthen awareness and responsibility throughout the organization to prevent secondary damage to victims of human rights violations.

본 연구는 여성체육인에 대한 인권침해 사례가 근절되지 않는 현상황에서 대학생 여성전문체육인이 인권침해를 경험하게 될 경우 어떠한 대응방식을 선택하고자 하는지 확인하고, 무시하거나 회피하는 것과 같은 소극적 대응방식을 선택하는 집단의 특성은 어떠한지 분석하고자 하였다. 국가인권위원회에서 2020년 실시한 ｢여성 전문체육인 인권상황 실태조사｣ 데이터에 포함된 274명의 대학생 여성전문체육인 설문 데이터를 활용하여 분석을 실시한 결과 폭력/괴롭힘 에 대한 소극적 대응 유형 집단은 49%를 차지하였으며, 성희롱/성폭력에 대한 소극적 대응 유형은 21%를 차지하는 것으 로 나타났다. 소극적 대응 유형 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인은 어떠한 것인지 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 분석한 결과, 폭력/ 괴롭힘에 대한 소극적 대응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 신고기관의 기능에 대한 인식, 인권침해에 대한 2차피해 경험, 성역할 고정관념이었으며, 성희롱/성폭력에 대한 소극적 대응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성역할 고정관념임을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 스포츠폭력 예방 교육을 통해 양성평등 의식을 고취시키는 한편 인권침해 상황을 공정하게 처리할 수 있도록 신고기 관의 기능을 강화하고 인권침해 피해자가 2차피해를 입지 않도록 조직 전반의 인식전환과 책임성을 강화시켜야 할 것이다.
