This study was to provide basic data for improving the life satisfaction of out-of-school youth in terms of social and psychological aspects by verifying the influencing factors on the life satisfaction of out-of-school youth. For the analysis, the results of a survey of 400 randomly sampled youths in their 10s registered at the National Dream Center were collected by the Korea Youth Policy Institute for two months from June to July 2022, using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. The analysis verified the influencing factors on life satisfaction through frequency, descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the social withdrawal of out-of-school youth had a negative (-) effect on life satisfaction, and the degree of self-esteem and social development had a positive (+) effect. Second, it was found that the family health of out-of-school youth had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction. Based on these results, it is significant in that it presented basic data that can improve the life satisfaction of out-of-school youth.

본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 영향요인을 검증하여 학교 밖 청소년의 사회성·심리적 측면 에서의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석을 위해 전국 꿈드림센터에 등록된 10대 학교 밖 청소년을 대상으로 2022년 6~7월까지 2달 동안 한국청소년정책연구원에서 400명을 임의표집 한 조사 결과를 가지고, SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석은 빈도･기술통계･상관관계･다중회귀분석을 통해 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 학교 밖 청소년의 사회적 위축은 삶의 만족에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치고 자아존중감과 사회성 발달 정도는 정(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교 밖 청소년의 가족 건강상은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 학교 밖 청소년의 삶의 만족도를 증진시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
