This study explores the importance and role of Spirit-empowered expository preaching, focusing on Peter's Pentecost sermon in the Book of Acts. Addressing the current crisis in preaching within the Korean church, the study proposes solutions to overcome this challenge and discusses the issues that arise from sermons lacking the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit. By examining how Peter’s sermon, empowered by the Spirit, led to transformation and repentance among his audience, this paper emphasizes the necessity of Christ-centered messages, the Spirit’s guidance, acknowledgment of God’s sovereign providence, and empathetic communication with the congregation. The study suggests practical ways Spirit-filled preaching can be applied and practiced in today’s pulpits, aiming to rekindle spiritual revival and renewal within the Korean church.

본 연구는 사도행전에 나타난 베드로의 오순절 설교를 중심으로 성령의 능력이 부여된 강해설 교의 중요성과 그 역할을 탐구하고자 한다. 현대 한국교회가 겪고 있는 설교의 위기를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시하고, 성령의 인도하심과 권능이 결여된 설교가 어떠한 문제를 초래하는지 논의 한다. 본 논문은 베드로의 설교가 지닌 성령의 능력을 바탕으로 한 설교가 어떻게 청중의 변화와 회개의 결실을 맺었는지 살펴보고, 그리스도 중심의 메시지, 성령의 인도하심, 하나님의 주권적 섭리, 청중과의 공감적 소통을 통한 성령 충만 설교의 필요성을 강조한다. 이를 통해 성령의 능 력이 부여된 설교가 현대 강단에서 어떤 방식으로 적용되고 실천되어야 할지를 제안하며, 이를 통해 한국교회의 강단이 다시금 영적 부흥과 회복의 역사를 경험할 수 있기를 기대한다.
