This study is a descriptive research study to explore the effects of grit and faculty-student interaction on college life adjustment of nursing students. Data were collected from July 1 to 31, 2024, and 194 nursing students from six universities located in D City, C Province, and J Province in Korea completed a self-report questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 27.0 program. The results of the study showed that nursing students' college life adjustment had a significant positive correlation with grit (r=.51, p<.001) and faculty-student interaction (r=.44, p<.001). Nursing students' grit and faculty-student interaction were confirmed as significant influencing factors on college life adjustment, and the explanatory power was 54.7%. The results of this study suggest that strategies to improve nursing students' college life adjustment should include elements of grit and faculty-student interaction. Based on the results of this study, we suggest research to develop a practical and individualized intervention program that can improve nursing students’ college life adjustment.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 그릿과 교수-학생 상호작용이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위한 서술적 조사연 구이다. 자료수집은 2024년 7월 1일부터 31일까지 진행되었으며 D시, C도와 J도에 위치한 6개 대학교의 간호학과 재학생 194명이 자기기입식 설문지를 작성하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson 상관분석과 위계적 다 중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응은 그릿(r=.51, p<.001), 교수-학생 상호작용(r=.44, p<.001)과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 그릿, 교수-학생 상호작용은 대학생활 적응에 대한 유의한 영향요 인으로 확인되었으며, 설명력은 54.7%이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 향상시키기 위한 전략에 그 릿과 교수-학생 상호작용의 요소를 포함시켜야 함을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 향상 시킬 수 있는 실질적이고 개별화된 중재 프로그램 개발을 위한 연구를 제언한다.
