This study analyzed the impact of AI ethics awareness, creative problem-solving ability, and AI technology understanding on the learning outcomes of university students. The results revealed that AI ethics awareness positively influences the understanding of AI technology. Furthermore, understanding AI technology was identified as a significant factor in enhancing creative problem-solving skills. Notably, the study found that AI technology understanding mediates the relationship between ethics awareness and creative problem-solving ability. The study suggests that AI education programs should be designed to strengthen both technical understanding and creative problem-solving skills. Universities should enhance curricula addressing ethical issues to ensure that ethics awareness leads to improved technical understanding and problem-solving abilities. Future research should expand to include students from diverse majors and regions and conduct in-depth analyses of the specific effects of ethical education based on its frequency and methods.

본 연구는 인공지능 윤리의식, 창의적 문제해결력, 그리고 인공지능 기술 이해가 대학생들의 학습 성과에 미치는 영 향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 인공지능 윤리의식은 인공지능 기술 이해에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인 공지능 기술 이해는 창의적 문제해결력을 증진시키는 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다. 특히, 윤리의식과 창의적 문제해결력 간 의 관계에서 인공지능 기술 이해가 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 인공지능 교육 프로그램이 기술 이해와 창 의적 문제 해결 능력을 강화하도록 설계되어야 함을 제안한다. 대학은 윤리적 문제를 다루는 교육과정을 강화해 윤리의식 함양 이 기술 이해와 문제 해결 능력으로 연결되도록 해야 한다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 전공과 지역의 학생들을 대상으로 연구를 확장하고, 윤리 교육의 빈도와 방법에 따라 어떤 구체적인 효과가 나타나는지에 대한 심층적인 분석이 이루어질 필요가 있다.
