This study is a descriptive research study which identifies the factors affecting the adaptation of MZ generation nursing students to college life. An online survey was conducted on 132 nursing students at S College in Seoul who were born between 1981 and the early 2000s. The results of the college adjustment survey showed positive correlations with extroversion (r=.369 ρ<.001), agreeableness (r=.404 ρ<.001), conscientiousness (r=.223 ρ=.010), and openness (r=.215 ρ=.013), but a negative correlation with neuroticism(r=-.286 ρ=.001). The factors most influencing college adjustment were extroversion (B=0.169, ρ =.009), agreeableness (B=0.322, ρ<.001), and academic self-efficacy (B=0.220, ρ=.003). Therefore, in this study, MZ generation nursing students who were more extroverted, higher the agreeableness, and higher in academic self-efficacy were found to best adjust to college. As a result of this study, we propose a study to develop a program that can improve academic self-efficacy and verify its effectiveness for college adjustment.

본 연구는 MZ세대 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이 목적이며, 서술적 조사연 구이다. 서울 소재 S 대학교에 재학 중인 MZ세대 간호대학생 132명을 대상으로 2024년 9월1일부터 9월 30일까 지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 대학생활적응은 외향성(r=.369 ρ<.001), 친화성(r=.404 ρ<.001), 성실성(r=.223 ρ =.010), 개방성(r=.215 ρ=.013)과 양의 상관을 나타내었으며, 신경증(r=-.286 ρ=.001)과는 음의 상관을 보여주었다. 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 외향성(B=0.169, ρ=.009), 친화성(B=0.322, ρ<.001), 학습자기효능감 (B=0.220, ρ=.003)이었다. 현재의 간호대학생을 이해하기 위해서는 MZ세대의 성격특성을 고려해야 하는 점을 제 시하였고, 대학생활적응에 성격의 특성과 학습자기효능감이 영향이 있음을 밝혔다. 대학생활적응을 위해 학습 자 기효능감을 향상시키고 그 효과를 검증할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는 연구가 필요하다.
