The courses offered at universities are organized by subject, professor, classroom, lecture time, etc., and stored in a database each semester, and university students register for classes within a set period and attend lectures at the beginning of the semester. Although recent ICT technology can be used to remotely set or cancel security for the entire university campus, this is done in special situations such as power outages or fires. In most cases, an administrator with a security key directly disables the security. In this study, we implement a smart classroom access system that automatically sets and releases security for a classroom according to lecture time, as well as an app that helps users manually set and release security for a classroom by accessing a database where lecture schedules are stored and checking the lecture schedule. Using this, even if the administrator does not disable the security of a lecture room or cannot disable the security in time for the lecture due to work such as being late or on a business trip, the advantage is that the lectures in the lecture room can proceed according to the lecture schedule, preventing disruption to the academic schedule.

대학에서 개설되는 강좌는 교과목별로 담당교수, 강의실, 강의시간 등의 정보가 매학기 정리되어 데이터베이스에 저장되며, 대학생들 은 정해진 기간 내에 수강신청을 통해 학기 시작과 더불어 강의에 참석하게 된다. 최근의 ICT기술을 활용하여 대학 캠퍼스 전체에 대해 보안 설정 또는 해지를 원격으로 할 수도 있지만, 이런 경우는 정전 또는 화재와 같은 특별한 상황에 이루어지며, 대부분이 보안키를 가 진 관리자가 직접 보안을 해제하는 방식을 따른다. 본 연구에서는 강의시간에 맞춰 해당 강의실의 보안이 자동으로 설정 및 해제되는 스마트 강의실 출입시스템과 더불어 강의시간표가 저장되어있는 데이터베이스에 접속하여 강의 시간표를 조회하면서 해당 강의실의 보안을 라즈베리파이의 제어를 통해 수동으로 설정 및 해제할 수 있도록 도와주는 앱을 구현한다. 이를 이용하면 관리자가 해당 강의 실의 보안을 해제하지 않았거나, 지각 또는 출장 등의 업무로 인해 강의시간에 맞춰 보안을 해제못하는 상황에 대해서도 보안해제가 가 능하므로 해당 강의실의 수업이 강의시간표에 따라 강의가 진행됨으로써 학사일정에도 차질이 생기는 것을 방지할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다.
