The mission and goal of this study is to connect all generations through missions and education and find a way to nurture the next generation in a missional way within the ecosystem of home, church, and maeul. In order to raise the next generation in a missional way, connections between families, churches, and maeuls surrounding the next generation and restoration of the ecosystem must be established. In the current era, there are many crises and challenges surrounding the ecosystem of families, churches, and maeuls. Among them, four challenges lie: the decline in social trust in the Korean church, climate change and destruction of the ecological environment, the uncertain future of humanity due to the unknown development of artificial intelligence, and the reality of extreme economic inequality. In the face of these challenges, we need a journey to discover what the church is and what the true essence of the church is. To this end, we would like to address the connection and core of the flow of ecclesiological theology and missional ecclesiology through various theologians after the Reformation. As a missional church, we would like to address the implications of Christian education in order to carry out missional training for the next generation. Missional parenting is premised on restoring the ecosystem of home, church, and maeul. To this end, missional parenting is missional parenting and requires a kind of conversion in which the first step is to restore the entire ecosystem surrounding a child. Instead of the senior pastor working alone to practice missional parenting, Bible study for missional parenting should be conducted from the leadership group serving the church to all members. In order to move forward with missional parenting, the church should be the center of holistic upbringing and education for all generations, and children should be raised to have a language that can communicate both inside and outside the church. Furthermore, as a specific example, we will look at the case of a church that is taking on the role of a missional church with interest in the maeul to which the church belongs, and identify examples of missional nurturers through Abraham George, and Namkang Seunghoon Lee. Lastly, for missional nurturing, the theological education ecosystem must be restored, which will restore the authenticity and authority of teaching. When all parents, teachers, and clergy seriously put into practice the mission of missional parenting, they will be able to restore the home church maeul ecosystem surrounding a child.

본 연구의 목표는 선교와 교육을 통하여 전 세대를 연결하고 가정과 교회와 마을이라는 생태계 속에 다음세대를 선교적으로 양육하기 위한 길 을 찾는 것이다. 다음 세대를 선교적으로 양육하기 위해서는 다음세대를 둘러싸고 있는 가정, 교회, 마을의 연계와 생태계 회복이 이루어져야 한다. 현시대는 가정과 교회와 마을이라는 생태계를 둘러싸고 여러 위기와 도전 이 있다. 그 가운데 한국교회의 사회적 신뢰도의 하락, 기후변화와 생태환 경의 파괴, 인공지능의 향방 모를 발전에 따른 인류의 불안한 미래, 극심한 경제 불평등의 현실 4가지 도전이 놓여있다. 이러한 도전 앞에 교회가 무 엇이고, 진정한 교회의 본질이 무엇인지 찾아가는 여정이 필요하다. 이를 위해 종교개혁 이후의 여러 신학자를 통한 교회론적 신학의 흐름과 선교적 교회론의 연관성과 핵심을 다루고자 한다. 선교적 교회로서 다음 세대에 선교적 양육을 수행하기 위하여 기독교 교육적 함의를 다루고자 한다. 선교적 양육은 가정-교회-마을의 생태계 회복을 전제로 한다. 이를 위해 선교적 양육은 사명적 양육이며 한 아이를 둘러싸고 있는 온 생태계를 회복시키는 것이 첫 시작이라는 일종의 회심이 필요하다. 선교적 양육을 실천하기 위해 담임목회자 홀로 노력하는 것이 아니라 교회를 섬기는 지도자 그룹부터 온 교우에게 선교적 양육을 위한 성경공부가 진행되어야 한다. 선교적 양육으로 나아가기 위해 교회가 중심 이 되어 전인양육, 전 세대 교육이 되도록 해야 하며 교회 안과 밖에서 모 두 소통할 수 있는 언어를 가지도록 양육해야 한다. 더 나아가 구체적인 예 시로 교회가 속해 있는 마을에 관심을 가지고 선교적 교회의 역할을 감당 하고 있는 교회 사례를 보고, 아브라함 조지와 이승훈을 통한 선교적 양육 자의 본보기를 확인하고자 한다. 마지막으로 선교적 양육을 위하여 신학교육 생태계 회복이 이루어져 야 하며 이는 가르침의 진정성과 권위를 회복되게 할 것이다. 모든 부모와 교사, 성직자들에게 선교적 양육이라는 사명 앞에 진지하게 실천으로 옮 기며 나아갈 때 한 아이를 둘러싸고 있는 가정교회마을 생태계를 회복시킬 수 있을 것이다.
