The adoption of smart factories has led to the emergence of new types of security threats that differ from traditional ones. In response, various security guidelines have been issued both domestically and internationally. However, each security guideline varies in its classification criteria and control items, resulting in the need to review all guidelines, which is a drawback. This paper aims to derive commonalities among three specific security guidelines to highlight essential elements more easily. The research method involves analyzing each item of the three guidelines to identify common items. The analysis revealed 42 common characteristics across the three security guidelines, with 22 items included in all three and 20 items found in two out of the three guidelines. These derived common items could contribute to the development of new security guidelines in the future.

스마트공장의 도입으로 기존 보안 위협과는 다른 형태의 위협이 발생하고 있 다. 이에 맞추어 국내외서는 다양한 보안가이드가 발표되고 있다. 그러나, 각 보안 가이드마다 분류의 기준, 통제항목 등이 달라 모든 가이드를 확인해야하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 3가지의 보안가이드의 공통점을 도출하여 필수적인 부분을 보 다 쉽게 볼 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 연구방법은 3가지의 가이드를 각 항목별로 분 석하여, 공통된 항목을 도출하는 것으로 한다. 분석결과 3가지의 보안가이드에서 42 가지의 공통특성이 나왔으며, 그중 22가지의 경우 3가지 보안가이드에 모두 포함되 는 항목으로 나타났으며, 20가지는 3가지 중 2가지 보안가이드에 포함되어 있는 것 으로 결과는 나타났다. 도출된 공통항목은 향후, 신규 보안가이드를 도출하는데 도 움을 줄 수 있다고 본다.
