Now, small business owners are experiencing serious management crises such as high interest rates, weak consumer sentiment, and a rise in the minimum wage. The purpose of this study is to verify through empirical analysis how much the introduction of smart technology affects the efficiency of movement routes in stores and the satisfaction of store owners. As a research method, demographic characteristics and technical statistical analysis verification are evaluated by frequency analysis, concentrated validity, and discriminant validity are evaluated by a structural equation model, and differences between paths are considered by multi-group analysis. This study is differentiated from previous studies as the introduction of smart technology is involved in improving store owner satisfaction by increasing productivity and economic efficiency by improving the movement efficiency of store owners and employees. As such, the introduction of smart technology significantly affects the satisfaction of store owners by securing customer convenience and payment by increasing the efficiency of the movement of store owners and employees in the store. In particular, it suggests that it is important to improve productivity by improving the store layout through the analysis of orders and movement patterns of store visitors and reducing the movement of store owners and employees.

지금 소상공인 점포는 고유가와 고금리, 고환율, 소비심리 위축, 최저임금 인상, 임대료 상승 등 지속되는 위기의 경영환경에서 디지털 전환과 스마트기술 도입이 절실히 필요하 다. 이 연구의 목적은 스마트기술의 도입이 점포 내 이동 동선 효율성 제고와 점주의 만족 도 향상에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 실증분석으로 검증하고자 한다. 연구 방법으로 인구 통계적 특성과 기술적 통계분석 검증은 빈도분석, 집중 타당성 및 판별타당성은 구조방정 식 모델로 평가하였다. 경로 간 차이는 다집단분석으로 실증하여 상관관계를 고찰하였다. 이 연구는 스마트기술 도입이 점포 내에서 점주와 직원의 이동 동선의 효율성을 확보하여 점포의 생산성과 경제성을 높여 점주의 만족도 향상에 관여하는 것으로 발현되어 선행연 구와 차별화를 가진다. 이처럼 스마트기술 도입은 점포 내에서 점주와 직원의 이동 동선 효율성을 높여줌으로써 고객의 주문 및 결제 편의성을 확보하여 점주의 만족도에 유의미 한 영향을 미친다. 특히, 점포 방문고객들의 주문과 이동 패턴 분석을 통한 매장 레이아웃 개선과 점주와 직원의 이동 동선 감소로 생산성 향상에 도움이 된다는 것은 중요함을 시사 한다.
