The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between the employment purpose self-introduction letter written by students and the self-introduction letter written by ChatGPT using the NCS job competency vocabulary to find the difference and to present a plan for self-introduction letter writing education that can effectively reveal individuality and competence without the risk of plagiarism. To this end, practitioners in the company were asked to evaluate the two types of self-introduction letters in terms of content, form, and expression, and then analyzed them. As a result of the analysis, compared to the self-introduction letter written by ChatGPT, the self-introduction letter written by humans was generally evaluated higher, and the difference in scores for truthfulness and realism, personality and competency expression was particularly high in terms of content. In addition, it was confirmed that the method of presenting information could be a factor to consider when checking whether the self-introduction letter was plagiarized. Distinguished from the self-introduction written by ChatGPT, the characteristics of the human-written self-introduction letter are as follows. First, storytelling reflecting an individual's narrative is revealed. Second, appropriate emotional expressions that fit the context of the situation are revealed. Third, rhetorical expressions that reveal individuality are used. Fourth, emotional writing strategies are sometimes used when content involves subjective values. Fifth, the article concludes with an expression that can highlight subjectivity, including specific goals and practical contents. As an educational method, a storytelling method that links jobs and experiences in the content generation process, the use of rhetorical expressions that reveal personality, the method of writing development, and a method of properly expressing emotions or expressing subjectivity or subjectivity were presented. This study is meaningful in that it revealed the characteristics of human-written self-introduction letters compared to ChatGPT-written self-introduction letters. It is also significant in that it presented the direction of employment-purpose self-introduction education that could be distinguished from ChatGPT-written self-introduction letters.

본 연구의 목적은 NCS 직무 역량 어휘를 활용하여 학생들이 직접 작성한 취업 목적 자기소개서와 챗GPT가 작성한 자기소개서를 분석하여 그 차이점을 찾고, 표절 위험 없이 개성과 역량을 효과적으로 드러낼 수 있는 자기소개서 쓰기 교육의 방안을 제시 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기업에 재직 중인 실무자들을 대상으로 두 종류의 자기소개서 를 내용, 형식, 표현 측면에서 평가하도록 한 후 이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 챗GPT가 쓴 자기소개서에 비해 인간이 쓴 자기소개서가 전반적으로 높은 평가를 받았으며 특히 내용적 측면에서 진실성과 사실성, 개성과 역량 표현에 대한 점수 차이가 높게 나타났 다. 또한 자기소개서의 표절 여부를 확인할 때 정보의 제시 방식이 고려 요소가 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 챗GPT 작성 자기소개서와 구별되는 인간 작성 자기소개서 의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인의 서사가 반영된 스토리텔링이 드러난다. 둘째, 상 황 맥락에 맞는 적절한 감정 표현이 드러난다. 셋째, 개성이 드러나는 수사적 표현이 사용된다. 넷째, 주관적 가치관이 개입된 내용일 경우 감성적인 글쓰기 전략이 사용되 기도 한다. 다섯째, 구체적 목표와 실천 내용을 드러내며 주체성을 부각할 수 있는 표 현으로 글이 마무리 된다. 교육 방안으로 내용 생성 과정에서 직무와 경험을 연계하는 스토리텔링 방법, 개성이 드러나는 수사적 표현 활용, 글 전개 방식 고려, 적절하게 감 정을 표현하거나 주관이나 주체성을 표현하는 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 챗GPT 작성 자기소개서와 비교했을 때 인간 작성 자기소개서의 특징을 밝혔다는 점에서 의미 가 있다. 또한 챗GPT 작성 자기소개서와 변별될 수 있는 취업 목적 자기소개서 쓰기 교육의 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
